AK: Self-test kit test results
Problem statement
From Alaska: Jonathon Pyun - [email protected] These messages appear to be from Intrivo, but none of them contain any identifiable information. Could someone from you team please investigate the source of these messages and determine whether they are indeed self-test kit results for Alaskan residents? Let me know if you need any additional information!
What you need to know
@chris-kuryak, After looking into this ticket. Intrivo sent 8 messages of OTC Home Test. They are all look like testing messages without Patient information and fake address. I think, we can tell AK to ignore these messages since they are not real results.
I think we need to ask Intrivo why they sent those results in production and ensure they stop doing that -- @victor-chaparro ?
@chinelo-ikejimba @victor-chaparro, Yes, I agreed. These testing messages should not be sending in production. Do you know Intrivo POC? I can let them know.
