CVS Onboarding – Test with AR (Arkansas)

Steps for testing [SENDER] with new receiver

• [x] Check with Account Manager if Receiver requires dual reporting or not
• [x] In staging, add [SENDER] as approved sender to Routing Filter
• [x] Check if receiver has any specific testing requirements including:
  • [x] Patient Name restrictions
  • [x] Receiver Portal access requirements
  • [x] Check if Convert Date/Time to local receiver timezone is activated
• [ ] Inform [SENDER] to send test messages to receiver per receiver requirements
• [ ] Ensure messages get sent to that receiver
  • [ ] (if necessary) Update receiver quality filters
• [ ] Notify receiver to approve test message (provide MessageID, Patient Name, Filename)
• [ ] (if necessary) Make changes per receiver requirements

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Receiver can successfully receive test messages and has approved them
• [ ] Receiver is set up to receive ALL of senders results only if they require dual reporting
• [ ] Move to production pending approval of test messages from STLT

@abiphilipnava actively debugging some messages that CVS recently sent. Carrying over to next sprint.

CVS sent messages specific for Arkansas. It filtered out b/c of quality rules. Those rules were resolved and the messages were re-processed. Sent an email to Arkansas with the messages attached from CVS. Waiting for Arkansas to verify the format and data.

Arkansas requested we suppress OBR-24 from messages. Added update to their receiver transforms and CVS now has to resend test messages for them to review.
