Integrate imported actions

After merging the GHAs imported from Josiah's repo to master, we will need to change all references to the remote actions and migrate to our local versions of them.

DOD:

• [ ] All local actions with remote dependency are identified
• [ ] PR with references to Josiah's repository are replaced across out GHAs

In order to start this Epic, we need to finalize communications with Mr. Josiah Siegel and ask for his support since we require to have all the Secrets and Environment variables used in his repos to be replicated in our environment. Without that, the import and integration projects will remain incomplete.
