User Story

We need a proof-of-concept Auth microservice to determine if our approach is feasible.

Description/Use Case

Have a locally working microservice that can validate an access token against staging okta, forward you along to the submissions microservice, and authorize a scope.

Dev Notes

Use Spring boot!

Acceptance Criteria

• microservice able to be run locally
• Rest client calls out to staging Okta
• forwards request to submissions project (locally)
• submissions project authorizes scope
