ELIMS has requested to move their REST connection to a new endpoint

What you need to know

• Information received from ELIMS on 10/21
• Victor is copied on the email that has that information. Go to Victor for the necessary information to update this connection.
• ELIMS now has 2 UAT environments that need to be connected to

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] "Allow List" new connection through CDC
• [ ] Successfully test messages with ELIMS on new connection
