Investigate - IL received three files around 1:00 PM of 8/12/2024 that missing PID-3-1

In the last hour or so, we’ve received three files that contain no patient ID’s in PID 3.1. This is a required subfield for our system and things will continue to error out until it’s resolved. We did not experience this issue during testing, so wanted to bring it up as soon as possible.
