Remove inaccurate information for adding conformance profiles

There is potentially a lot of information in adding-conformance-profile.md that is no longer accurate/needed. Find out what the actual current process is and remove the extra information to not cause confusion.

• The section titled "Adding support for a new HL7v2 conformance profile in ReportStream" may not match the current mapping strategy, this is the part in question.
