Hi @victor-chaparro, when you get a chance, may you please review this ticket and provide guidance for what steps need to happen next? Thank you for your time!
We have started migrating MD to the UP. This issue will be resolved naturally with the migration. We have been in contact with MDH in migrating this connection.
Follow-up sent to MD for ticket closure.
Hello all,
Thank you for your patience.
As Maryland migrates over to the universal pipeline receiver settings will be updated and confirmed.
Support ticket #15324 will be closed.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
User responded, "I will defer to @Shivanurag Kotagudem -MDH- to confirm as he may have more insight, but to my knowledge, we are still waiting on a file to confirm the new SFTP connection of MDHEDT.health.maryland.gov"
@chris-kuryak can we confirm that the current connection is compliant with the above as we await UP migration?
@chris-kuryak updated to-do and acceptance criteria Please update current connection per user "Hi,
A request was sent to switch from an OLD server(essence.health.maryland.gov ) to a new server (MDHEDT.health.maryland.gov) last week. We notice that the switch was not made and we are still receiving the data on the old server.
Could you please let us know when the switch will be made to the new server ?
Test file is not a requirement but it is just for us to test the connection to the new server.
Thanks, Shiva"
@TaneaY
Yes, we are in process of migrating our ReportStream connection over to their new servers. They will continue to receive data on the old server until it is complete. It usually takes about 2 weeks to complete, but Glenn responded directly to Chandeep, Shiva, Sabrina, Kristy, and Judie via email today with the update letting them know we are making progress (below). We have a weekly technical sync set up with the Maryland team for next Wednesday and we will be able to provide a progress update then.
Is that sufficient?
Good Afternoon -
We hope your week is going well. We are in the process of setting up your new SFPT servers. In the interest of making the best use of your time, we will cancel today's sync while this work is still in progress.
Of course, if you have any questions or needs, please don't hesitate to reach out before we meet next week.
Thank you,
Glenn
We've updated MD's new server in production
