Launch test for improving response time

Problem statement

We identified potential priorities and exploring areas we need to learn more about. Speeding up the responses we get from users was one of those priorities. We have finalized the templates to prepare for a test phase when we are next in touch with an unconnected STLT.

I have aligned with Glenn on Thurs last week that:

• Glenn to send out initial emails to new STLTs this week
• Those that respond positively, will get the first Migration Email, thereby starting/launching the Improving Response Time test

We are still waiting for a response from a new STLT to onboard to RS

American Samoa responded positively, but they are unable to onboard at this time. So we will be exploring other new onboarding opportunities.

So this will stay blocked until we identify a new onboarding STLT
