Message Testing Automation next steps and rough requirements

Problem statement

Now that we have received feedback/ideas from engineering, we want to begin formulating a plan for our message testing improvements.

What you need to know

• MVP Scope so far:
  • Two features:
    • Message testing bank to choose from
    • Interface for engineers to test messages with settings in staging
  • Focus on being functional for onboarding engineers, not support team or external users
• UI Enhancement Mural

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Document a flow that meets (and shows) the needs from existing convos with engineers
• [ ] Document rough idea for what it will look like, very roughly
• [ ] Identify what pieces/features need to be built
• [ ] Align with onboarding engineers and get feedback
• [ ] (If time permits) Document Suggestions for MVP requirements on each new feature (Message Creation/Selection and Message Testing)
• [ ] Review with Product
