Problem statement

The Authenticated Nav Bar design #13120 is ready for Engineering implementation

Notes from interfacing with engineering on 4/16

• Does the bottom nav bar always appear? Only when logged in.
• Could we keep the Nav Bar the same height, not two separate Nav Bars? This was the best design landed on now.
• Which pages are accommodating the nav bar via offset or dynamically? Engineering needs to check.
• Adopts same drop down behavior we already have
• No big concerns from Engr perspective
