BUG: Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity FHIR path not correct

Description

Sexual orientation and Gender Identity are not appearing in the eCR viewer when they are available.

Issue: FHIR conversion in accurate, but the FHIR paths are incorect

Steps to reproduce

List out the steps in detail to reproduce the bug

1. Visit TN eCR3 and TN eCR6
2. Patient Info -> Social History

Expected Result

• Social History contains sexual orientation and gender identity

Actual result

• Sexual orientation and Gender identity is not available

Priority

Provide an estimate for level of impact the bug has today by placing an X in the applicable bracket
