Lab Result table columns shouldn't resize when opening Lab Comments

Description

There is a tiny bit of a resize in column widths when you open Lab Comments, which is just a slightly distracting interaction for the user.

Steps to reproduce

1. open this eCR
2. scroll down to the SARS-CoV-2 PCR lab result under the Lab Info section
3. repeatedly open and close the lab comment and observe the interaction

Expected Result

table columns should stay consistent size when opening and closing lab comments
