Sort list of eCRs in descending order by date

Action Requested

On the home page where the list of eCRs are displayed, the Stored Date column should be sorted to show the most recently stored eCRs by default at the top. Currently, the most recent is at the bottom

Acceptance Criteria

• The list of eCRs on the home page should be sorted in descending order based on Stored Date, displaying the most recent records at the top.
• Pagination controls should accurately reflect the sorted list.
