Updating Covid-19 screeners with archived status

The covid 19 screener (Clara Health Bot) has been archived as of Oct 7th, 2022. The code is still available, but it is no longer being updated with CDC Guidance. Refer to the COVID-19 symptoms page for information on when to seek COVID-19 testing and medical care.
