arXiv comment field below abstracts

We've seen that you recently added the feature that the comment fields from arXiv papers are now reported below the abstracts on the journals' websites. However currently it looks like the comment is just another paragraph of the abstract (e.g., https://theoretics.episciences.org/16719).

Would it be possible to make it clearer that it is not? For instance we could add "Abstract:" in bold right before the abstract and "Comments:" before the comment (or "Comments (from arXiv):", to make it clear that the comment does not come from the editorial team). Or, to have the option not to add the comment at all.
