[Feature request] Discussion on published articles

I sometimes find myself discussing articles in JTCAM that I read out of personal curiosity with their authors. These exchanges can be very interesting. I think a moderated discussion forum linked to the articles would be really useful.

The idea would be, for example, to connect to a tool such as Scirate https://scirate.com (a discussion forum for ArXiv preprints). Perhaps the connection could be made at Hal level?
