[Bug Report] Issue with revision request date

Please have a look at the admin page of LMCS submission #16019. In the 'Revision requests' box the date for the last revision request is shown as July 8, 2025, whereas the last revision request was in fact sent on March 4, 2025 (see the 'History' box). July 8 was the date the last revision request was answered by the author. This looks like it could be a systematic bug and not just a glitch for this one submission.
