relance automatique article sans relecteur

Suppose I am the editor responsible for a submission. I have to find at least two referees that accept to review the submitted article. While no two reviewers have accepted to review the submitted article, the system sends me an automatic reminder every 7 days. (This is ok, and I believe this is the expected behaviour.)

Now, it seems that, if I invite two reviewers and one of them rejects the invitation, the system stops reminding me. Could you please check if this is actually happening and if this is the desired behaviour? CM
