champ BC et CC non cliquable quand on accepte un article

Describe the bug When accepting a paper, the window that opens to sent a message to authors acknowledging acceptance has no clickable CC and BCC fields.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to a paper under review
- Click on Modify article status
- Select "Accept"
- See error
Expected behavior Instead of black CC/BCC fields, they should be clickable and blue.

- OS: Win (but I suppose everywhere)
- Browser Edge

Microsoft Edge is not commonly used, can you please try with Firefox or Chrome on Windows?
We have not been able to reproduce the bug on Linux with both browsers, it also works with Edge on Linux
@rtournoy I saw that you marked this as completed, should I open this as a new but or keep the conversation in this one? At any rate, I am attaching two screenshot taken from Firefox on Win, one when "accepting an article" (rejecting it leads to the same window) and NO clickable Bcc/CC fields; the other when opening an e-mail conversation with eg. an Editor, where you see the Bcc/CC field in blue, and clickable.
