[Feature request] Flexibility for email automatic reminders

Dear episciences team,

When looking at the date constraints for the emails, the reminder for "Article blocked in initial state" has a minimal time delay of 30 days.

At the JTCAM we do not want to have to wait a month before someone realizes that a paper has no editor associated. Could we have a default of 0 days ?

Also in such a case there is no editor associated, so who is the rule:

Article blocked in initial state (submitted) - editor's copy (30 days | repetition: weekly)

sending an email to ? is it a repetition of the rule sending an email to the chief's editor ?

We have to check for side effects on other things, also if we change the default it will impact other journals, we need to check other journals settings and update accordingly
