[Bug Report] An accepted article is not displayed in the "to appear" list

Hi, the article epiga:13168 (permanent ID) is accepted but it is not in the list of articles to appear. The article: https://epiga.episciences.org/administratepaper/view?id=14796

The list: https://epiga.episciences.org/browse/accepted-docs

I guess it comes from the fact that this article has been accepted "manually" after a weird behavior. Could you add it to the list?
