Lost formatting in report

The unique report (as by Apr 28th, 2025) for https://afm.episciences.org/administratepaper/view?id=13987 has been pasted with a full formatting (in particular, new lines for each comment) but once saved the whole formatting was lost. This makes it very hard to read the report, because it is a cluttered list of items separated by things like p.xx l.yy. Is there a way to prevent lost of formatting?

We were not able to reproduce it, it seems to have been fixed but left open. Do you see any new case, or can you reproduced it? Thank you
