[Bug Report] Prominent error message when CSRF tokens do not match seems to have stopped working

In #453 an error message was introduced at the top of the page when the CSRF tokens do not match.

This seems to have stopped working, it has gone back to only showing the error message "The two given tokens do not match" beside the comment box (which is too easy to miss).

When the message is successful, the success message is still present.
