[Bug Report] Macro %%REMINDER_DELAY%% is off by one day

Describe the bug The macro %%REMINDER_DELAY%% indicates one day less than it should.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Invite a reviewer; let's say the deadline for the review is Aug 20th
2. Setup an automatic reminder to be sent 10 days before the deadline, with the macro %%REMINDER_DELAY%% in the text
3. 10 days before the deadline (here Aug 10th), the reminder will be sent to the reviewer, but the text for %%REMINDER_DELAY%% will show "9 days"

Expected behavior The text should show "10 days" and not "9 days"
