[Bug Report] New lines in reviews(ratings) do not work in the email
When writing a review (using the comment box of a Free rating type review, which comes through with a TinyHTML widget to the reviewer), use soft return (shift+enter) to insert a new line (rather than a new paragraph with enter).
The review, when viewed on the web will (correctly) have this new line. It will also (correctly) be there when you view the email on the interface (when clicking "Email sent to ..." in the history of an article management page.
The problem: When the email is received by the editors (Completed rating (editors copy)), which includes the review comments (through %%PAPER_RATING%%), the new lines are removed.
This can lead to emails which are very hard to read the report.
Example
On the web, the html is (correctly):
<div style="margin-left: 5px;" id="criterion-comment-0"><p>line1<br>newline</p><p>newpara</p><p>newpara<br>newline</p></div> with <br> new line tags.
The received email html is (incorrectly):
<div style="text-align:justify"><p>line1 newline</p><p>newpara</p><p>newpara newline</p></div>, the <br> tags have been removed.
