[Feature request] Allow reviewers to abandon a rating

I realise that there's no way to abandon the process of writing a rating (review). For instance, if I mistankely click on "writing a rating", even if I don't go through with it, it will stay forever in my dashboard as "pending reviewing".

A simple "cancel rating" button would help.

It seems useful indeed but requires a bit of effort on our side (impact on workflow, status of the article, etc), so in the meantime the reviewer may ask the editor to cancel the review, it will reset the review status
