[Feature request] granted as being the Copy Editor's role / accroître les droits du copy editor

• The first of these is that the Copy Editor cannot attribute a paper to a journal volume. I think that this would be a nice feature to have.

• If we can't have that, another possibility to would be to add a completely new task: "move paper to copy-editing".

This would combine attribution of a journal volume (and thereby a number within that volume) and choice of a CE.
