[Feature request] Avoiding multiple reviewing invitations

When an editor invites a reviewer, would it be possible to verifiy that the reviewer is not already involved in a review for the same journal? In the case where the given reviewer were already working on another article, the editor could be informed when opening the invitation mail and he/she could then edit the template in order to avoid unpleasant situation. It happened recently to an EpiGA editor but I'm sure that it could help the other overlay journals hosted by Episciences. Best, Benoît

After re-discussing with the editors, it seems that the relevant information would be to know when the reviewer has been contacted for the last time (to avoid asking too much work to the same colleague). Of course, it could be also useful to know if this last invitation has been answered positively or negatively!

#311 il faudrait un page où les "stats" relecteurs seraient rassemblées : liste des relecteurs, leur relecture en cours, le nombre de relecture total, date de dernière sollicitation avec réponse

Bonjour à tous, je voulais savoir si vous aviez avancé sur le développement de cette fonctionnalité. Il serait bon de savoir si la personne que l'on invite n'est pas déjà en train de relire un article pour le journal pour éviter aux relecteurs de se sentir "assaillis".
