View full list of publications and possibility to sort //Afficher la liste exhaustive des publications (et tris)

The JDMDH editors would like to be able to display the list of all publications (currently, the 25 most recent ones can be displayed, or browser by author, flight, ... A https://jdmdh.episciences.org/all type display could meet their request (Laurent Romary adds the wish to be able to sort by date, author, title...)
Les rédac chefs de JDMDH souhaitent pouvoir afficher la liste de toutes les publications (actuellement, on peut afficher les 25 plus récentes, ou browser par auteur, vol, ... Un affichage de type https://jdmdh.episciences.org/all pourrait répondre à leur demande (Laurent Romary y ajoute le souhait de pouvoir effectuer un tri par date, auteur, titre...)
