Objectifs : rappeler aux utilisateurs la significations de certaines options par pop-up.

A propos des options possible pour répondre à une demande de modification, "il serait très utile pour les utilisateurs de voir sur la même page un bref rappel de la signification des options.

Regarding the options for "Answer this request", it would be very useful for the users to see on the same page a short recall/explanation of what the actions mean.
