O365 Calendar Appointment Alerts.

IFTTT is dead to me..

Maybe MS Flow and Webhooks..

Or Amazon Routines..

I've managed to do that by syncing O365 calendar to Google Calendar. All events are now in GCalendar and I can see them in HA. Maybe that way is an option for you?

I think o365 has a caldav sync, but haven't tried it, so that could be another option

I think I might try writing something local in Outlook using Powershell and then just trigger an HA webhook.
