I've setup something similar with a motion detector and a dash button. I just have a counter reset when I press the button, and alert me past a certain point. Super easy to setup in Node-Red.

It's a little over-complicated, since I setup a dashboard and have a fridge in the path of the motion sensor, but it's been working well!

Leverage Wyze Motion Sensor. Send out Vacuum 20 minutes after motion to clean up stray litter in the bathroom specifically.
