Describe the bug Running MS2LDA_MOTIFDB on a FEATURE-BASED-MOLECULAR-NETWORKING (version release_28.2) creates an error

To Reproduce Steps/Task to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://gnps.ucsd.edu/ProteoSAFe/status.jsp?task=d207c3a831264d61810ad69ac09b14e9'
  2. Click on 'Analyze with MS2LDA'

Expected behavior The job fails with ValueError: No JSON object could be decoded: https://gnps.ucsd.edu/ProteoSAFe/status.jsp?task=cf2ea0a466724440ad5435ead0025eb1
