[GNPS-GC] Not all nodes present top hits

Description of the bug Not all nodes with library matches present a "Top library match", and therefore, these will not present Compound_Name in the Cytoscape visualization.

To Reproduce

1. Considering, for instance, cluster index 4;
2. Cluster index 4 presents 20 library matches;
3. Out of the 20 library matches, cluster index 4 doesn't have a top hit;
4. No annotation can be seen in the molecular network for cluster index 4.

Expected behavior All nodes are expected to have a top hit.
