[CYCLONOVO] There are no SCANS included in the annotation results

Because there are no SCANS included in the annotation results, it is not possible to map CYCLONOVO annotation results ('ClassificationScore') to the inputed MGF. See here: https://gnps.ucsd.edu/ProteoSAFe/status.jsp?task=85d371f5c8e04687838ecbc28ac2dbb6
