Downloading spec libs doesn't work

E.g. on this page: https://gnps.ucsd.edu/ProteoSAFe/gnpslibrary.jsp?library=GNPS-NIH-NATURALPRODUCTSLIBRARY I click the download button at the top, it opens a new tab with no content. The button leads to https://gnps-external.ucsd.edu/gnpslibrary which seems to be down?
