for shimadzu file conversion, from an ITTOF mass spec, some problems occurs during conversion with MSconvert. Their is a loss of resolution.

I advise you to use mergeCDF2MZxml (https://gitlab.univ-nantes.fr/bertrand-s-1/mergecdf2mzxml). If any problems are observed using this R script, do not hesitate to contact me.

explanation oof resolution loss is also added in this webage.

I have some files from LC-ITTOFMS that I planned to deposit on the gitlab page. I did not took time to do it yet. I will do it as soon as I come back from holiday.
