Support data sets with Cartesian Coordinates

The CCI ODP Data Store provides data sets that are not provided in "lat" / "lon" dimensions but in cartesian coordinates, given by dimensions "x" and "y" and a definition of the grid. To display, it is necessary to reproject this grid to a "lat" / "lon" grid as expected by cate.
