CCI Open Data Portal not fully used

Evidence is of CCI Toolbox accessing all data via ESGF, and no data being accessed via the CCI ODP CSW.

To fix this,

1. the CCI Toolbox must be transparent to the users on CCI data usage by revealing all CCI datasets on the CCI Toolbox interface. A filter may be used.
2. The interface should clarify which datasets are directly downloadable to the CCI Toolbox and not.
3. The CSW must be used as the primary source for data, otherwise there is no credibility to the CCI Toolbox communicating to the CCI ODP (rather, it could be done with ay ESGF node).
