Cate is not displaying some Cloud CCI data correctly

Expected behavior

I wanted to display a temporal and spatial subset of a Cloud_cci file from the server.

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. I search for cloud data on the server
2. select MODIS aqua
3. made a subset selection for only 2013,
4. covered region: -50/50/-50/50 N/S/E/W
5. selected variable: cfc
6. download and display

@forman @RainerHollmann I am able to reproduce this with cate-2.0.0-dev.20 (Windows 7) However if I use temporal selection of 2013 instead of 2003, it does not occur
