Downloaded fire data has spatial dimension of previously downloaded file

Hi, I noticed a region constraints default problem with any data i download using the open data portal that has been previously downloaded and stored on my system. The current fire data i downloaded by default picks the regional constraint of the previously downloaded similar data type which is stored in my local sources, even when left blank.

I din't succeed to reproduce this behavior with the command line but with the GUI. I think the gui hold the previous constraints values firing the next request with the values stored in a sort of cache

May be an issue of the GUI keeping input values in some cache or so. Must check...
