Bash Completion in CLI

bmi's cli doesnt have any form of bash completion, it will be useful for typing image names, etc.

Is it really easy to implement bash completion? AFAIK, click does not support bash completion, which is why we wanted to use argparse for HIL's CLI (which is still under review). So I think the easy label might be undermining this issue lol.
