Add a license.md in Main repo and copy right term in every file

We should have a license.md and copy right term in every file where we write code. @sirushtim, @apoorvemohan, please use github assignment for issues so as to avoid conflicts.

If somebody can copy paste here the text that should be in the file it will be great.

actually don't add to everyfile. It's difficult to maintain. just create LICENSE and COPYING
