The trunk port should be less magic

Currently, the HaaS administrator is required to set that up manually beforehand---which is not obvious at all, I would say. I argue that it should be a parameter in the Dell driver. As a bonus, then the HaaS can reset that port config, in case it was manually changed to something incorrect.
