Bug: Can't use existing (in the phone) ringtones

Description

I hate the default alarm, it sounds like an 80s alarm that is going to give me a heart attack.

There's an option to switch to a different alarm (out of 3) and some mystery one, also to upload a ringtone.

Why can't I just pick one of the many ringtones I already have? Or from the ones that come with the phone? And how do I set a default ringtone for all alarms?
