Completed tasks able to edit but not delete

Describe your issue

We can change everything in the edit view even for completed tasks. I think this should be disabled. Also there is no option to delete completed tasks only we can change the status in the tasks edit page. (so it is fine if we don't disable it)

Steps to reproduce

1. Complete a task
2. Apply filter for COMPLETED tasks and try editing the task

What was the expected result?

Should not allow editing completed tasks
