feat: highlight the tasks that are nearing their deadlines

we can change the color of tasks which are near deadline automatically say when we create the task its shows in black but as we reach deadline it'll slowly change its color to red

How would you like to see it implemented?

after say 90% of time has passed for the task deadline it will change to complete red and the user will be sent a silent notification (this can also solve issue 330)

@Darshit42 I like the idea a lot, but consider changing the color of the outline of the task, maybe line thickness too, instead of the fill.. as it won't affect legibility, and still stands out.. just a thought.
