Alert box for followers when a leader pauses, exits or ends a hike

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There's no alert for the followers for when the user has paused location sharing or has ended the hike.

Describe the solution you'd like Providing an alert message to the followers with respect to the actions being performed by the leader.

Hey @AshAman999, I'm working on resolving this issue. It is stalled because it is somewhat related to issue #147. Also, it could be completely implemented post-resolvement of issue #136. This issue is open for discussions though, if any thoughts occur :)
