Describe the bug

Silent Screen and Check Screen Handler types were both enabled and the Silent Screen submodule stopped working

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the Silent Screen submodule. *it is working
2. Now enable also Check Screen Handler **Now Silent Screen is Not Silent
